Brio Tuscan Grille at Fashion Place: Review & Giveaway {ENDED}

I am always on the lookout for a great date night spot. I had the opportunity to go to Brio Tuscan Grille at Fashion Place and it is definitely a restaurant I will be taking The Gent for an upcoming date night.
Brio Tuscan Grille is on the west side of Fashion Place Mall, just north of H&M. Easy to find and easy to get to. Right off I-215.
I loved the ambience of Brio from the minute I walked in the door. While there is plenty of parking around the mall, I was also surprised to know that they offer free valet parking after 5:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays (how great is that!).
I was able to try many of the different appetizers and must say that the appetizers and desserts alone have me wanting to go back. The Sliced Steak Bruchetta (shown above) was definitely one of my favorites. There is just something about steak and gorgonzola that I love. I also enjoyed the Spicy Shrimp & Eggplant appetizer.
Any chance I get for a wedge salad I take it and the Bistecca Insalata was crisp and fresh with just the right amount of gorgonzola and a creamy parmesan dressing.
While I enjoyed my Lobster & Shrimp Fettucine, I have to admit that it was a close second to Emily's Pasta Alla Vodka (shown below).

We finished the evening with some fantastic desserts. By far my favorite has to be the Torta Di Cioccolata (shown above). Considering I am not a huge chocolate fan, it should tell you just how good it was but I also liked the Marscapone Cheesecake.
While Brio has a fantastic, cozy atmostphere and delicious food, it wasn't somewhere that I initially thought of taking my kids. That was until they brought pizza dough to our table. At Brio, they allow the kids to create their own pizza by rolling out the pizza dough.
Once the kids have it in the shape they want, they can go over to the pizza counter where their pizza will be topped with the toppings of their choice and they can sit and watch it cook in the wood burning oven or go back to their table where their server will bring it to them.
In addition to allowing the kids to make their own pizza, Brio offers some great summer specials including Kids Eat Free (Tuesdays after 4 p.m. with the purchase of an adult entree), Tuscan Tasters for just $3.95 (Mon-Fri, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. & 9 p.m. to close), as well as Live Music Wednesdays out on the terrace (from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.).
I am looking forward to going back to Brio Tuscan Grille and you can bet that steak bruchetta will be the first thing I order.
I would love for one of my readers to enjoy Brio as well. Brio Tuscan Grille would like to give one of my readers a $25 gift certificate. Lunch date?...family night?...date night?...for whatever you want to use it for.

  22. Valet Attendant was a Joke. This gut asked my wife out while i was waiting for my car.... what a joke. I called the only Valet company in the yellow book (VPS) but they informed me that this was not there location. So i decided to write a review to the non published valet co. Thanks for ruing my evening and making my soon to be wife uncomfortable. I will never eat or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
